ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH
The next ONLINE Paradigm Shifters gathering will be on Saturday, August 6th at 10:30 to 11:45 AM PDT. Last month’s online practicum was well received, and I covered working with grief and regret. I also added in Creator’s teachings to support the discussion along with answering questions from the participants. It is still available to be watched online at your leisure as well. Pricing below.
This month’s topic is “How to ' hear' quickly under a person’s story to glean the patterns and beliefs?” The practicum is recorded if you can’t make it live, and a link will be sent to view it on your own time. Just to say, that in now doing a few, I realize that other’s mics need to be turned off so the recording doesn’t have interference. When people want to share or answer, their mics can be turned on individually. I really want the recordings to have quality.
Please reserve your space by sending me an email no later than Thursday prior along with your Paypal payment (to email@example.com) so you have easy access ability to use the program download and its set-up instructions. I’m unable to send the instructions the day of the practicum.
The 75 minute online gathering or the video recording is $30, or receive both for $40.
*Receive a 10% discount for a 3-month Regular Subscription ($81). This includes either participation in the online gathering or video recording. Personal attendance can be interchanged with the video recording from month-to-month. If I don't present in any given month, the subscription extends to the next month.
*Receive a 10% discount for a 3-month Inclusive Subscription ($108). This includes participation in the online gathering and video recording. If you don't personally attend one month, you will still receive the video and can attend online the following month. (No video will be included then). If I don't present in any given month, the subscription extends to the next month.

BLOG FOR THE SOUL
Quote of the month: "You best teach others about healthy boundaries by enforcing yours." Bryant McGill
Boundaries are a very supportive, personal structure and self care action, yet we often have difficulty creating them that actually fits our needs and tend to adjust them according to what others want. It sure has taken years of practice to set or adjust them and not feel guilty or resentful when others attempt to bypass them or make incorrect assessments in why I’ve created them. It's important for me to stay with what my needs and limits are no matter how the other acts or reacts.
I found that there is a difference between respecting my needs and feelings with supportive boundaries, and balancing those needs with others’ needs who are close, like family and friends. In the Universe giving me many situations to create clarity for myself around this, it’s helped so that I don’t go to my old default of feeling angry and resentful in learning when to stand firm and when to balance them in respect to others’ needs.
Recently, I had an inquiry to participate in a workshop. The person was another alternative health professional. She had seen the workshop listed within the context of her professional CE’s courses. She felt that my policy of not giving refunds or partial refunds if someone prepays and then cannot attend, was annoying because ‘things happen’. Besides, she didn’t charge for missed sessions if her clients didn’t keep their scheduled appointments. She seemed to assume that my motives for setting this policy and for running classes were mostly to make money so I could to survive. Interesting assumptions. Had I not cleared some deep genetic programs in June, part of it might have been true.
And had I not been in business for many years, both in traditional dental offices and in the alternative healing field, our communication might have been triggering. But what I really ‘read’ under her story was that she is unable to set supportive boundaries for herself, gets annoyed when others do, and feels that setting a cancellation policy would end up losing business if she operated in being respectful to herself. For me, that translated to some low self esteem beliefs.
I thanked her for sharing how she ran her business explaining that we have different perspectives on this and on boundaries. I explained that if a person wants to see if space is available for a workshop at the last minute, that's fine. There just isn’t a scholarship available and they pay the regular price taking a chance that the workshop might be filled. Since I have to prepare ahead of time for workshops in purchasing materials, there entailed an upfront financial and time outlay; and so my policy supports me in attracting participants who are committed to attending. I also make note on my website in clearly supporting others to check in if this is going to work for them.
I further explained that as far as private sessions, like any service professional who values and respects their time, energy and space, that if there is a need to cancel, then there is advanced notification necessary. Everyone is different on what works for them in the amount of cancellation time. If something happened that presented as an emergency, and I knew the person was accountable and honest, there would be no issue in rescheduling.
I have found that when we truly value the work we do in the world, we also attract clients and workshop participants who mutually want to respect each others’ boundaries. It makes for a wonderfully healing opportunity for all as there are no emotional expectations when things are clearly laid out. I let the person know that any of the healing practitioners I’ve work with also have cancellation policies. I appreciate and respect their self care and boundaries. I know that they care about and value what they do. Their clarity of needs supports me in knowing how our energies would match in working together.
Whether this person chooses to participate in future workshops, as she did have a family issue that needed her attention at that time, would come with the understanding of how I hold my business boundaries. This would not be about wanting to work to survive as she assumed, but presenting healing opportunities in what can be attained in honoring one’s life work and in the support of everyone's healing through All-That-IS.
She had also presented me with clarity of her patterns--how she gives herself away by allowing her clients to not show up or cancel with no policy in place. This is how resentments build from feeling taken advantage of in relationships and business. (Do you remember from the Basic and Advanced, which microbes resonate with this pattern?) With people who pattern like this, I tend to create firmer boundaries. This is because I understand they are lacking skills in self respect which can easily transfer to emotional expectations in how others need to act.
I appreciated the opportunity to come from a clear place within myself without making her ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’, to be able to recognize the possibilities inherent in her patterning, and deciding not to acquiesce to them. By just being who I am in how I care about others and myself, allows my life to run so much more smoothly and without drama.
With care always,
I extracted possible ‘theme’ beliefs from the story. Energy test yourself for the below beliefs, change them through digging if applicable, and use Creator's teachings including the ones below.
I have to accommodate others by letting go of my boundaries.
Flexibility in my boundaries is having to accommodate others’ needs. (obligation)
Emotional assumptions from others make me let go of my boundaries.
It’s better to let go of boundaries than to lose friends or family.
My boundaries always become too rigid with others.
My boundaries always become too loose with others.
I need another’s guilt or minimizing to learn self respect.
Helpful Creator’s teachings/downloads
I know what it feels like to, how to, when to, that it's possible, that I can and do:
Know the difference between respecting my needs and feelings with boundaries, and balancing my needs with others’ needs who are close to me.
Flexibility in my boundaries that accommodate my needs and in balance to those close to me.
Have the understanding and awareness to be able to stay with my boundaries when others have emotional expectations of me.
Clarity of boundaries so there is respect and mutual agreement.
To respect myself through working with my boundaries.
To live w/o needing guilt or being minimized to learn self respect.
State my boundaries w/o making another wrong or bad.
The Trees will teach you Telepathy
“We need to find a source of true telepaths, and the most benign and gregarious ones will be found in Nature. Trees especially are willing to be our sources of communion again and our friends. To find out the truth of that statement you will need to experience it for yourself. No tree will lead you astray nor lie to you, nor commune to you anything that has any “spin” or ”distortion” within it. They are as incapable of this as an infant is capable of lying.”
No one could describe the color blue until modern time
Ancient languages didn't have a word for blue — not Greek, not Chinese, not Japanese, not Hebrew. And without a word for the color, there is evidence that they may not have seen it at all. In 1858 a scholar named William Gladstone, who later became the prime minister of Great Britain, noticed that this wasn't the only strange color description. Though the poet spent page after page describing the intricate details of clothing, armor, weaponry, facial features, animals, and more, his references to color are strange. Iron and sheep are violet; honey is green. Gladstone started looking at other ancient Greek texts and noticed the same thing — there was never anything described as "blue." The word didn't even exist. It seemed the Greeks lived in a murky and muddy world, devoid of color, mostly black and white and metallic, with occasional flashes of red or yellow.
Scientist discover that humans have a magnetic 6th sense to detect something we can’t even see It’s called magnetoreception, and it refers to the ability to perceive magnetic fields. Several animals use it to find their way over long distances by aligning themselves with the Earth’s magnetic field. Sea turtles. honeybees, spiny lobsters, dolphins, migratory birds, and more all have a magnetic compass which allows them to use the information that’s coded into magnetic fields. According to Joe Kirschvink, the geophysicist at the California Institute of Technology who is currently testing humans for a magnetic sense, “it’s part of our evolutionary history. Magnetoreception may be the primal sense.”
Scientists discover a woman whose eyes have a whole new type of color receptor…she can see what we can’t
After searching for more than 25 years, neuroscientists in the UK have come across a woman who has an extra type of cone cell — the receptor cells that detect color — in her eyes. This means she can see a whopping 99 million more colors than the rest of us, and belongs to a very small group of people with super-vision called “tetrachromats.”
NASA confirms that Earth has second moon
This second moon doesn’t quite resemble the one we’re used to seeing. Actually a new asteroid, called 2016 HO3, has been discovered in an orbit around the sun and will continue to do so for centuries. It is too distant to be considered a true satellite of our planet, but is the best and most stable example of a near-Earth companion we’ve yet to come across.
