This NEW 1 hour Paradigm Shifters' practicum can now be experienced from the comfort of your home. I have found a webinar company that I'd like to experiment with. This will happen Saturday, May 14th from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM PDT for an Introductory special of $15.
This will also give those in Europe or other parts of the world an opportunity to join in.

For other Paradigm Shifter's monthly connections, I'll present topics, or you are welcome to send your suggestions to me. I will also expand the time by 1/2 hour depending on the feedback. I want to make this fun, enjoyable and a supportive learning experience.

Having facilitation and knowledge is important to make your practice more skillful and having a supportive group of like-minded people helps to make it safe to delve into issues. I have a dear friend and client who I’ve worked with for 35 years between Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions and more recently, ThetaHealing. She has seen me go through a divorce years ago, my children grow up, graduate high school and college, get married and have kids; and I have seen her graduate nursing school, listened to her stories of taking care of others through their processes of dying and death, presenting workshops on it, and now she is receiving her Masters this month. She suggested and then gave me permission to share this very transformational story that we both experienced together.

She wanted to work on issues around being successful after she graduated. She is such a loving person who has worked deeply on herself for years, but she has been unable to allow certain feelings to be present particularly in the presence of someone else including an array of therapists…unsafety…fears of abandonment and rejection…a classic ‘2’ on the enneagram position. She needs to be needed. Everyone else’s feelings come first while a part of her hides inside holding herself back, playing it small.

This led us to one of her professors whose actions reminded her of her father, a father who she both adored and hated. She felt the professor, similar to her father, sucked on her energy emotionally. It was always about their needs coming first, minimizing what her needs were and disconnecting from her if she wasn’t responsive to them. As she was sharing and going down the rabbit hole, she stopped, quickly said this intense rage was stewing, stood up, walked into my hallway, closed all the doors to the adjoining rooms, anchored herself in the middle of the space, and asked me to stand back. I gently edged to the end of the hallway. She didn’t want any neighbors or people who might pass along my private road to hear what was coming next.

She stood erect, closed her eyes, took several deep breaths way into her belly, and let them out until sounds emerged. She moved her arms as if pushing energy away from her, pushing back against an ancient wall that she could now move. She then pointed her index finger on one hand outward with the stretch of her arm, bringing up and out a deep guttural expression of “No!” She moved around in every direction screaming, "No" and "Stay back". Then the sound of "Ra" emerged…like a lion’s roar, curling her lips as she yelled it. “Ra, Ra, Ra” letting it rattle in her throat before it fully released. She turned around to four directions and let out a literal ROAR [Release Of Anger & Resentment ] as if making sure that each area could feel the intensity marked as a warrioress' cry.

This continued for at least 15 minutes as she screamed in an altered state. I cautiously said that the time was running over. She firmly and with an anchored reply, "Don't stop me. I'm almost done," as she wasn’t quite finished allowing what was purging to complete itself. She was saying her ‘No’s' in respect to the energy of the release. A few more deep 'Ra’s' emerged and then a slowing down of her breaths as she recentered herself among the four walls of my hallway. I opened the door to the healing room, and she walked in and sat down.

“I’ve never done that before…let that anger up like that in front of anyone…never…in all my years!” I thanked her for trusting me to witness this amazing energy release. She continued to sit for a few minutes just being with the shift back to this moment, with me sitting across from her. “It was an altered state”.

“Yea, I know.” I knew also that she didn’t do anything to hurt herself or lose sense of the limits of the walls as a boundary for her. She had sub-consciously and spontaneously set it up this way. It was all safely contained.

A week later, she reported that she had released four pounds, not something she had expected nor was this a conscious goal for the session. It was something that she had felt stuck around for awhile…and it shed as a result of releasing the anger and taking back her power. She also felt that she had a more congruent and direct sense of her boundaries and limits, and was able to set them more consciously with others during the ensuing week.

The potency and sacredness of the release of anger is a force that can be reckoned with when that deep strength and courage is accessed. Consider giving yourself the opportunity to let your river flow especially when and where it feels seen and supported.

I extracted possible beliefs from the story. Energy test yourself for the below beliefs, change beliefs if applicable, dig and/or use Creator's teachings.

I allow others' needs to override my needs and desires.

Minimizing my needs is the best way to stay in connection with, and care about others.

      Be aware of my needs to stay in connection with myself.

      Prioritize my needs so that I can make a conscious choice in when and how to be available for others' needs.

All my feelings are safe to experience.

I know what it feels like to, how to, when to, that it's possible, that I can and do:

      Understand the importance of all my feelings as a way to navigate in my life.

       Have the right to experience all my feelings.

I can reckon with my anger in a healthy way.

I know what it feels like to, how to, when to, that it's possible, that I can and do:

      Express my anger in healthy ways.
      Allow my anger a safe place to release.

Releasing anger in a safe space is too overwhelming for me.

I know what it feels like to, how to, when to, that it's possible, that I can and do:

        Release anger in a safe space where I pace myself.

         Live without releasing anger in a safe space in it feeling overwhelming to me.

         Know the sacredness of all my feelings including anger.

Releasing anger before a safe witness is too much for me.
I know what it feels like to, how to, when to, that it's possible, that I can and do:

        Feel safe to allow another person I trust to witness and hold sacred the release of my anger.   

        Feel safe of being emotionally vulnerable with the release of my anger with someone I trust.   

        Release anger without projecting it onto another.

 Allowing people to see their own brain activity might help motivate them to motivate themselves

If we could learn to control the motivational centers of our brains that drive volition, would it lead us toward healthier, more productive lives? Using a new brain imaging strategy, Duke University scientists have now taken a first step in understanding how to manipulate specific neural circuits using thoughts and imagery. The technique, which is described in the March 16 issue of the journal Neuron, is part of a larger approach called 'neurofeedback,' which gives participants a dynamic readout of brain activity, in this case from a brain area critical for motivation.

Talking outloud by our self, helps our memory

When you are talking to yourself, your sensory mechanism gets activated. It gets easier on your memory since you can visualize the word, and you can act accordingly. When you are saying it loud, you stay focused on your task, and it helps you recognize that stuff immediately. It clarifies your thoughts on whether to take action or not.

Researchers from Human Genone project say overwhelming majority of Human DNA is "Off-world" in origin

The scientists believe so-called 97% non-coding sequences in human DNA is no less than genetic code of extraterrestrial life forms. Non-coding sequences, originally known as "junk DNA", were discovered years ago, and their function remained a mystery. The overwhelming majority of Human DNA is "Off-world" in origin.

Jesus married Mary Magdalene and had children, according to a manuscript almost 1,500 years old unearthed at the British Library. The so-called “Lost Gospel”, which has been translated from Aramaic, allegedly reveals the startling new allegations, according to The Sunday Times. Professor Barrie Wilson and writer Simcha Jacobovic spent months translating the text, which they claim states Jesus had two children and the original Virgin Mary was Jesus’s wife and not his mother. Further revelations from the book, including the names of Jesus's children, will be released soon. [note: in the article they say that Mary was a prostitute. She was not but was part of an ancient mystic essene goddess-worshipping temple]



Scientists Reveal That Dolphins Speak In A Holographic Language

 Scientists in Miami and the UK announced that they have successfully created the first 3-D images using the data taken from recordings of dolphin echolocation. “We now think it is safe to speculate that dolphins may employ a ‘sono-pictorial’ form of language, a language of pictures that they share with each other. If that proves to be true, an exciting future lies ahead for interspecies communications.”

Science Finally Proves Meridians Exist

 The current Korean researchers now believe the primo-vascular system is in fact the physical component of the Acupuncture Meridian System. And it has also been suggested that this system is involved in channelling the flow of energy and information relayed by biophotons (electromagnetic waves of light) and DNA. The researchers discovered that the meridian lines are not confined to the skin, but are in fact a concrete duct system through which liquid flows, and that this liquid aggregates to form stem cells
