ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH
The next Paradigm Shifters gathering will be on Saturday, November 12th. The Basic is from 11 AM to 1 PM and the Advanced is from 2- 4 PM with a semi-veg potluck from 1-2 at my home in Santa Rosa (email for directions). The cost is $25 for each section or $45 for both if you're an Advanced student/practitioner in attendance. Make sure you tell me which sections you'll be attending. Please RSVP no later than Wednesday, November 9th as space is limited. I welcome all students of ThetaHealing®. Besides having time to work on yourself, remember that the more you practice, the better practitioner you will become, and the more that ThetaHealing® can be incorporated into your life to change it. Having facilitation is important to make your practice more skillful.
My annual Solstice party is December 17th. This is a very festive practicum for all levels, and details will be sent out in the beginning of December so mark you calendars now.

BLOG FOR THE SOUL
Well, we’ve passed the end of the Mayan calendar officially as of October 28th http://www.calleman.com/content/articles/End_of_calendar_SolarFlares_and_EarthChanges.htm, and hopefully, you are all still my audience for this newsletter. The end of world as we know it is in transition… meaning there is another world coming into being…need I mention Occupy Wall Street that has moved it’s message all over the world, and the revolts that are taking place.
People are waking up, and it’s about time! The ‘Emperor’s New Clothes’ story is being shared and dispelled globally. The masses are looking very deeply at the old paradigm of letting a few continue their deceptive behavior and making decisions from those ‘dark’ ways, as if authority is an all-knowing God/parent to trust, to give up our personal rights, our free will, and our humanity in order to think that we are protected or as an excuse for furthering patriotism, nationalism, imperialism and separatism…to create more borders, more dissention, more fear. I often wonder how many times the Governments, the Caesars, the Hitlers, the Pol Pots, the Klu Klux Klan, the AT&T’s, the Chase Banks, the CIA’s, the Mossad’s etc. get to play out their stories before people open their eyes to Truth and mobilize this effectively with non-violence and without repetition to learn completely. And finally it’s starting to happen now. Wow! I’ve waited all my life for this (probably many when I wasn’t participating as the 1% in past lives).
I might not be in the public demonstrating with a sign to give my support, but I’m looking at those inner signs that my sub-conscious mind holds, working really hard on the inside to change my beliefs and programs at an unbelievable rate and with absolute dedication (and extreme discomfort sometimes…it can be a compelling motivator). I know that with each belief I change, I’m quantumly shifting the frequencies of hate, fear, anger, resentment, rejection, regrets and grudges that will upgrade into pure positive intention allowing for new information and conscious action to occur on the planet. And I’m grateful for those who want to be public so that I can feel free to pursue the change in another form. It’s like we all want to eat but not everyone can be in the kitchen cooking at one time.
In us being witness to the outer changes, we are participating at a sub-conscious level in all that is happening anyways as we are not separate from each other or the Energy-of- All-That-Is. We are specks of Creator’’s energy. We are part of the web of life, and if any part of the web moves, we can all feel it if only sub or unconsciously.
The way the Occupations have been playing out, there has been both violence created by authoritarian mentalities attempting to keep the paradigm the same, to keep control in those old ways, and the emergence of amazing new possibilities coming from the streets of New York spreading to the other ‘Occupied’ cities in creating sub-committees/communities in communication and new political, economic and social structure ideas. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=6dtD8RnGaRQ
And witnessing or being at the affect of violence brings up many feelings for us. In our society, an ‘eye-for-an eye’, retaliation, and/or punishment has been the mode of operation for thousands and thousands of years. It’s very entrenched in our history and genetics…even in our soul recollections. It has been ‘them’ against ‘us’… ' they are the enemy; we are the oppressed.’ It’s duality playing itself through over and over. But what if there are more effective ways to view and participate in the modes of societal operations that give long term positive change, that helps those involved see what their part is both positively and negatively with truth, directness, and supportive consequences allowing for forgiveness, rather than perpetrating the basis for why it happened in the first place?
I first understood these possibilities more clearly, not just through the teachings of Ghandi (who ended up being murdered to make others aware of non-violence), but from the ways of life and politics coming out of Africa. As you read the following, just bring to mind the possibility of a community or society where this level of interaction could occur. We have to start somewhere in changing the old paradigms from fear and anger, to love and peace.
In the movie, ‘In My Country’ (quite intense but very profound movie), a Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) was assembled in 1995, a court-like restorative justice prototype on amnesty and reconciliation from the abolition of the South Africa apartheid system that had been so repressive for many years. Witnesses, who were identified as victims of severe human rights violations, were invited to give statements about their experiences in front of the perpetrators, and some were selected for public hearings. The perpetrators of violence could also give testimony and request amnesty from both civil and criminal prosecution. Those seeking forgiveness, both the agents of the apartheid state and those involved in anti-government militancy, would only receive it by telling the truth. This was about forgiveness at a deep level and became a model that spread to many other countries.
And recently, I read an amazing story that was written by Leonard Sunin (now out of print), called ‘Contact, the First Four Minutes,’ about a tribe called the Babemba or Bemba, of southern Africa, who has a social structure with an elementary criminal code. Their small, close community makes harshness unnecessary. http://EzineArticles.com/3701608.
"In the Babemba tribe, when a person acts irresponsibly or unjustly, he or she is placed in the center of the village, alone and unfettered. All work ceases, the entire village gathers around the accused individual. Then each person of every age begins to talk out loud to the accused. One at a time, each person tells all the good things that the one in the center ever did in his or her lifetime. Every incident, every experience that can be recalled with any detail and accuracy is recounted. All positive attributes, good deeds strengths and acts of kindness are recited carefully and at length. No one is permitted to fabricate, to exaggerate or to be facetious about the accomplishments or the positive aspects of the accused person. The tribal ceremony often lasts several days, not ceasing until everyone is drained of every positive comment that can be mustered. At the end, the tribal circle is broken, a joyous celebration takes place, and the person is symbolically welcomed back into the tribe. The necessity for such ceremonies is rare; it only occurs once in every 4 or 5 years.”
While the tradition above should be understood within the peculiar cultural and social context of the tribe and is in no way an indication that such a practice could be easily initiated elsewhere, it still reveals an important lesson in the power of reframing. By intentionally focusing on the person’s positive attributes, a reality different from the ‘problem person’ or ‘an identified patient’, is created. The tradition seems to indicate that in the process, the person is also transformed.
So how do we continue to be open to these new possibilities during these transitions we are witnessing and experiencing, and all the while keeping our hearts open? We need to keep asking ourselves the questions to propel us in clearing the old out. As I have on my Facebook…”Unless you learn to face your own Shadows, you will continue to see them in others because the world outside is only a reflection of the world inside."
As we have been given the gift of changing beliefs and programs quickly and by progressing our skill at digging through practicing on ourselves and others, we can feel the unplugging from the Matrix in a visceral and experiential way. It is not just a cognitive process. Asking the questions needs the answers from the inside too. And remember, we are gifting the world by the work we do on ourselves affecting not only ourselves, but our families, the generations, for the planet and for many lifetimes all in the NOW.
Let’s ask ourselves these questions, and then give Creator's teachings or change beliefs to the following:
Where is the violence in me that still exists? [I am safe and open to explore what lies as a shadow within me]
What happened to make me feel that way? [I am safe to discover what the origins of my shadow is]
How can I acknowledge the violence to transform it within myself? [I trust that the revealing of what is out of balance in me will be safe to explore.]
Where is the victim that is still in me? How young is it? How can I approach it and love it to strength? [I can work with the part of myself that is afraid to be hurt, find its origins, and nurture and love it to wholeness]
Why do I need punishment to exist in my life? What purpose does it serve? [Creator loves and accepts me without needing punishment to exist.]
Is there another way to deal with the situation or person without punishment or retribution? [I am open to the possibilities of finding ways to be gentle with myself and others to resolve issues.]
Does punishment protect me from myself…from others? [I am safe to be with myself and release any secrets that I hold. I am safe to be with others without holding their secrets.]
What does retribution or punishment do for me or do for the other person? [I am able and willing to understand ways to transform my anger or revenge by constructively exploring my feelings without projecting them onto others.]
What would punishment do that reconciliation wouldn’t? What would reconciliation do that punishment wouldn’t? [I am present in seeing the whole picture of how duality works]
Is it possible to live without being punished or want punishment for others to make things even, for retribution, to grow or to be close to Creator? [It is possible to live without being punished or wanting others punished knowing that there is always a higher truth to any situation. All can be resolved peacefully.]
What is reconciliation to me? [I have Creator’s definition of reconciliation.]
Do I fully understand what forgiveness is? [I have Creator’s understanding of forgiveness. I know that when I am discharged from another’s actions, I can make choices in power, strength and awareness.]
This precipice that we are at in our evolution is asking us to jump off and fly. Can we do this?

Do loved ones bid farewell from beyond the grave?
Nina De Santo was about to close her New Jersey hair salon one winter's night when she saw Michael, a soft-spoken customer who'd been going through a brutal patch in his life, standing outside the shop's glass front door. In the past, she had listened to his problems, given him pep talks, taken him out for drinks. When De Santo opened the door that Saturday night, Michael was smiling but refused to come in. "Nina, I can't stay long," he said, pausing in the doorway. "I just wanted to stop by and say thank you for everything." As they chatted face to face in the doorway of her shop, De Santo said they never touched, never even shook hands. "I'm in a really good place now," he had said, "Thanks again, Nina." Michael then smiled at her, turned and walked away into the winter's night, and De Santo went home after. The next day, she received a strange call from a salon employee. Michael's body had been found the previous morning -- at least nine hours before she talked to him at her shop. He had committed suicide. If Michael was dead, who, or what, did she talk to that night? Today, De Santo has a name for what happened that night: "crisis apparition"…is the spirit of a recently deceased person who visits someone they had a close emotional connection with. http://edition.cnn.com/2011/09/23/living/crisis-apparitions

Amino Acid toothpaste
Researchers at the University of Leeds have developed a peptide-based fluid known as P 11-4. When applied to a decayed tooth, it forms a gel-like scaffold that attracts calcium to help rebuild your tooth. Regenerating your tooth from within is a far superior option to the "drill-and-fill" model currently used today, and it appears to be a technique that may soon be widely available in dentists' offices. Aside from the obvious benefit of tooth regeneration while sparing people the pain and fear of having a tooth drilled, this new procedure could virtually obliterate the use of toxic mercury fillings http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/09/24/good-news-dentistry-for-reversing-dental-decay.aspx?e_cid=20110924_DNL_art_2

Don’t be misled by foods that say ‘Natural’
There are no restrictions for foods labeled “natural” (very basic standards exist only for meat products). The term often constitutes nothing more than meaningless marketing hype promoted by corporate interests seeking to cash in on the consumer desire for food produced in a genuinely sustainable manner. Unlike the organic label, no government agency, certification group or other independent entity fully defines the term “natural” on processed food packages or ensures that the claim has merit. Know the products which are organic and healthier for you. Some other trusted cereal sources, according to the Cornucopia Scorecard, include Kaia, Laughing Giraffe, Lydia's Organics and Two Moms In the Raw. Some of the brands that didn't score well on the Cornucopia's Scorecard include Bear Naked, Kashi, Mom's Best, General Mills, Barbara's Bakery, Health Valley, Back to Nature, Arrowhead Mills, Bob's Red Mill and Post Natural http://www.naturalnews.com/033838_breakfast_cereals_GMOs.html
