                                                                      ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH

I have decided to change the next Paradigm Shifters gathering to a weekday evening to support those who work weekends or are busy with family and friends. The next one will be Tuesday Evening, September 18th from 7 to 9 PM. Bring a light snack or dessert to share (attempt to make it w/o sugar if possible and be organic).  The specific focus for this month is forgiveness (what it takes to forgive, how it protects you, where you might be resistant to forgiving/releasing, and a willingness to clear the issues) and beliefs on healing and being a healing practitioner. Be ready to brainstorm and clear issues.  (email for directions). The cost is $25.  Please RSVP no later than Saturday, September 15th.  I welcome all students of ThetaHealing®. Besides having time to work on yourself, remember that the more you practice, the better practitioner you will become, and the more that ThetaHealing® can be incorporated into your life to change it. Having facilitation is important to make your practice more skillful and having a supportive group of like-minded people to help make it safe to delve into issues.

The following courses are accredited by the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge® and can be applied toward the ThetaHealing® Master program. More information at

                                                                                              BLOG FOR THE SOUL

Welcome to the August Basic workshop graduates and all my readers!

I have just made an index of all my past newsletters for the last five years with the topics covered. I always feels so good when I get things in my life organized…particularly now. It’s a very helpful Capricornian trait if I don’t overdue it…I don’t want to get OCD’d about it. This has helped me in being able to write the September newsletter. I normally spend about 6 to 8 hours putting out a newsletter every month.  Due to the fact, that I have been busy with family, teaching, clients, taking a World Relations Instructors course at the ThetaHealing Institute and having my house on the market to sell which means looking for another house to buy, I’m in a very busy phase of my life.  I have heard from many that they are being moved around. I had felt months ago that this speed up would happen and was reminded by Creator in the beginning of August to rest as things were going to shift soon.  I feel this has to do with a new phase in conjunction with the 12/21/12 energy and my Divine Timing.

I welcome comments on topics you’d like me to share that can be blended into the awareness of ThetaHealing. I have a friend who wanted me to write on the topic of fluoride because of my background as a Dental Hygienist in my last life. I make sure that I have articles on these kinds of subjects in the section of my newsletter that is below the “Blog For The Soul”. If I were to write about different toxins, it would be in the context of what they mean on a group conscious level, how to release them and what is the belief or pattern in all that is involved with it.

So I decided that it would be ok to use some of my older articles, with some editing, to share again. This month is on the “Three P’s of digging,” which will blend supportively in refreshing the Basic digging awareness. Enjoy!

In 2009, I completed my Intuitive Anatomy teachers’ certification and received my ThetaHealing® Masters plaque. It was the best time I ever had in a ThetaHealing®  seminar that I participated in as a student. Every day being there felt like a miracle, and I was so excited to wake up and see what the day brought. Now I’m not being unrealistic in saying that even when I got majorly triggered, which happened three times, I was able to work it out and feel great in the shifts that occurred. And there was support from Vianna when I explained to her what was happening. She had a talk with the class.

The biggest triggers came from other participants not being able to dig on me. This was not because I’m difficult to dig on but because they forgot the 3 “P’s”… Presence, Practice, and Patience (I made this up so you’re not going to find it in a ThetaHealing® textbook). Instead of allowing me to get to my bottom beliefs through pertinent questions guided by Creator-of-All and sheer presence in listening to me, I was told what they thought I believed or felt. I don’t know about you, but telling me what is true for me, taking my inventory, isn’t a great way to feel safe, trusting or to make friends.  And then when I attempted to explain that I didn’t feel this way (and I wasn’t asked or invited to drop inside myself to check), it was directly communicated that they “heard this from Creator”  thus attempting to make me feel I was in denial, and they were right in their assessment.  I consider this a passive-aggressive model of digging also known as “projection.” Many of us have been working on our issues for years, and if allowed a safe space and quality questions, are quite capable of discovering our feelings and beliefs.

At that time in the Intuitive Anatomy Teacher’s workshop, we were to present a specific topic by picking it out of a hat to 48 other participants in the class, Interestingly, the topic I picked was the Endocrine system. I was clear why I picked this one…because I hardly knew a thing about it. And one of the organs involved in this large system is the adrenals, the fight or flight battle-er which had quite a workout when I got triggered in class…so intensely that  a very supportive friend from Mexico held me and my adrenals as I sobbed in frustration and anger.   A few downloads later, about being able to choose the right people to work with me, I was back in class with my adrenals calmed as well as my emotions stable, at which point Vianna gave a second lecture on allowing the client to make their own way down the ‘rabbit hole’,  and then demonstrated digging again for the class. I felt really taken care of.

In having taught ThetaHealing® workshops for 11 years then, I decided to write out what I call the “Three P’s of Digging” to better appreciate what it takes to work with clients and oneself.

Breathe! Be gentle. Feel relaxed. Stay connected to Creator and your client at the same time. You’re having a conversation with someone who is going to share themselves deeply, be emotionally vulnerable with you as you question them about the issue at hand. Pace your client, listen intently to what the story is and what is really being said under the story. The details show the patterning.  The questions you carefully format help them to hear and feel the pattern.

It’s an Art. The more you do it, the more flowing and easy it becomes. One doesn’t become a great artist by staring at a blank piece of canvas and expecting the paint brushes to create a master piece just in thought. There is an action through active participation that is necessary. And so it is for digging.

You can start digging on clients with them just having an issue in mind. This helps spiritual growth and will also affect the body to change.

You can dig after scanning the body to hear the issues from an organ or condition. This will help the healing of physical conditions more directly in looking at the patterning of the disease or condition.

Remember to ask those important questions…what is the issue, what happened, when did it happen, how did it happen, who was involved, why do you think this would happen, why do you think or feel this way, and what fears or what is the worst that can happen in that action occurring.” Sometimes, “what’s the best thing that can happen” can find help find the pattern if it’s not an attempt to by-pass the deeper feelings.

When appropriate, and when you sense there is a memory (origination point), ask them to tell you when did it first happen to get them to the beginning of the pattern and hear the beliefs within or under it.

Give Creator’s teachings as you dig down. Watch it as it goes through the body quickly. See if the person (and body) is taking in the teaching.

Change the bottom belief/s and give them teachings to integrate it. Have them visualize the changes to see if it feels better mentally, emotionally, and somatically. If it’s still not clear, dig down further to find out how the situation served them, what is the motivation to feel or be a particular way, what did they learn in a negative and positive way. Have them recheck their visualization and what they feel like until the issue is completely shifted.

Let the client hear themselves responding to your questions without censoring or judging their answers. This is ‘digging down’ so they really understand what and where their beliefs come from and will start to understand the patterns of their life.

Make sure the client can feel into their body. It sometimes takes those who have dissociated from their feelings awhile to identify what they actually feel. You can use going into the body as a basis for getting to the feeling.

You may hear Creator tell you the beliefs, but don’t divulge too soon. The client will understand and integrate the change of beliefs better if they hear and feel it themselves. A person can have a total shift just in hearing themselves respond even without any belief changes.

Remember, you are creating a sacred space to support the release of beliefs that a person has held onto for a long time. All beliefs serve us even if they are negative. When we finally realize that we aren’t able to move forward due to how the beliefs are held in place, we can let it go, release and shift.

Many Blessings,

                                                                                          BODY CONSCIOUSNESS

Hearts Have Their Own Brain And Consciousness

Far more than a simple pump, the heart is now recognized by scientists as a highly complex system with its own functional “brain.” Research in the new discipline of neurocardiology shows that the heart is a sensory organ and a sophisticated center for receiving and processing information. The nervous system within the heart (or “heart brain”) enables it to learn, remember, and make functional decisions independent of the brain’s cerebral cortex. Moreover, numerous experiments have demonstrated that the signals the heart continuously sends to the brain influence the function of higher brain centers involved in perception, cognition, and emotional processing. In addition to the extensive neural communication network linking the heart with the brain and body, the heart also communicates information to the brain and throughout the body via electromagnetic field interactions. The heart generates the body’s most powerful and most extensive rhythmic electromagnetic field. Compared to the electromagnetic field produced by the brain, the electrical component of the heart’s field is about 60 times greater in amplitude, and permeates every cell in the body. The magnetic component is approximately 5000 times stronger than the brain’s magnetic field and can be detected several feet away from the body with sensitive magnetometers.

Deaf  People ‘Feel Touch’ With Hearing Part of Brain

This research shows how the brain is capable of rewiring in dramatic ways,” Dr. James Battey, Jr., director of the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, said in a statement. “This will be of great interest to other researchers who are studying multisensory processing in the brain.”

Lapka appcessory on Iphone can detect organic foods, humidity and radiation.

An upcoming iPhone app-slash-accessory, or "appcessory," known as Lapka will soon be able to answer that question, as the visually-stunning "personal environment monitor" will be fully capable of differentiating between the real organic deal and the imposter, measure radiation (EMF too) and humidity.

Power Strip that Spies on You

Power Pwn, which is described as "a fully-integrated enterprise-class penetration testing platform” is power strip that spies on you."It's time to take inventory of the outlet strips and surge protectors in your office. Mark them, label them, and otherwise identify them as your own, then implement a policy against using any unapproved or unauthorized power strips. Your network and your data might depend on it," says According to tech journal, its development was seed-funded by a DARPA - the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency - program called Cyber Fast Track."Hidden inside are Bluetooth and Wi-Fi adapters, along with a number of hacking and remote access tools that let security experts prod and poke the network, and even call home to be remotely controlled via the cellular network," says the report. suggested the Power Pwn's primary use is to conduct "covert government operations - a physical penetration testing tool to complement advanced malware attacks like Stuxnet and Flame.

Your Vitamin ingredients could be harmful to your health

Synthetic B-12 cyanocobalamin, is made from ground up toxic cow livers and activated sewage sludge. It has the component of cyanide in it. Synthetic vitamin B also comes from coal tar and petro-chemicals, known to depress the central nervous system and cause respiratory ailments. Synthetic vitamin A accomplishes just the opposite. In one study, subjects who received synthetic A - beta carotene had an eight percent higher incidence of fatal heart attacks, strokes, and lung cancer than those who got the placebo (sugar pill)
