The next ONLINE Paradigm Shifters gathering will be on Saturday, September 10th at 10:30 to 11:45 AM PDTLast month’s online practicum was well received, and I covered working with gleaning the patterns and beliefs in a person’s story. I also added in Creator’s teachings to support the discussion along with answering questions from the participants. It is still available to be watched online at your leisure as well. Pricing below.

This month’s topic is Healing the aftermath of Suicide: those left behind and those who have contemplated. This topic is one that I didn’t mention in my book, “Moving Beyond” and as I revise it, some of this will be included. I bring this topic up as a gentle and caring way to address more difficult subjects. The practicum is recorded if you can’t make it live, and a link will be sent to view it on your own time.

Please reserve your space by sending me an email no later than Thursday, the 8th, along with your Paypal payment ( to so you have easy access ability to use the program download and its set-up instructions.  I’m unable to send the instructions the day of the practicum.

The 75 minute online gathering or the video recording is $30, or receive both for $40.

Quote of the month: 'My happiness depends on me so you're off the hook. Be happy, no matter what they're doing. Practice feeling good, no matter what. And before you know it, you will not give anyone else responsibility for the way you feel -- and then, you'll love them all. Because the only reason you don't love them, is because you're using them as your excuse to not feel good." ~Esther Hicks

Every once in awhile, I like to share quotes which are spoken by those very public spiritual leaders. I like to challenge some of their ideas as I have often found them quite mixed with misinformation in what I call ‘spiritual or new age bypassing’. We are at a point in time where it’s important we question what we are told as Truth. What seems or appears to be Truth, may not be fully that, nor truth at all. I could shift this commentary into the state of the world sector, but that isn’t my focus. I want to keep it aligned in what is weaved into the quote about our precious emotions. And the patterns would be applicable similarly to world patterns around questioning the ‘truth’.  [check out Evolution Newsfeed below]

Our emotions make us human….Hue-color, man-beings on this planet. We are colorful, vibrant, sparks of Creator in physical form and have been given this amazing experience to feel deeply, express it (hopefully in ways that help us create connection and peaceful resolution) and move around in a body that needs sensory input (not all forms, but from the start, a baby can’t grow without touch)

There is a difference between acknowledging our feelings to ourselves and being able to express or communicate them responsibly to others, and projecting our feelings onto others. Our feelings are worthy of being wherever they need to be without someone telling us we need to feel a certain way…even feeling happy or not. When others attempt to state which feelings are better or worse, this can replicate an engrained childhood pattern of ‘authority figures’ telling us how to respond to our internal world, and us developing coping mechanisms in order to receive approval, safety, attention, care, nurturing, love and/or acceptance. It diminishes, minimizes, and subjugates our feelings to another. We learn to give our power away in obeying others’ perceptions or agreeing to another’s reality. It creates a hierarchy of others ‘knowing’ what we ‘should’ feel, and thus we end up going outside ourselves to figure out what we feel or need. Sounds a bit wonky, but it seems to happen that way when we don’t stay with ourselves.

By the time we are adults, we then get confused in even identifying what we feel well enough connecting the feelings into our bodies.  This dissociation will form a  type of ‘diluted truth’ that comes from someone else--an authority figure, a person with some kind of social status, a professional with initials or religious or spiritual leaders.  We think, “They must be right... because they are older than me… they are a woman (or a man)…they channel this 5th Plane entity… they have written these books…they were on TV…they have a DD, DDS, MD or PhD after their name...” instead of using ‘critical’ thinking skills (perhaps better termed, ‘holistic perceptual skills’). And this is not to say that we can’t listen to others outside ourselves, but taking it in as Truth entails using discernment, our ingrain intuition, connecting the dots through seeing the repeating patterns, and going to Creator. We can then make choices different from when we were children by coming up with our own truth and the Highest Truth as well.

I ‘see’ these patterns of going outside oneself to be told what our feelings are all the time when I dig on clients or students. I may pick up a person’s feelings when I scan and dig, or just ‘feel’ in being present with someone, but I don’t tell them this is wrong for them. I’m not living in their shoes. And if I’m looking into their paradigm, I would probably ‘sense’ the origin through the unconscious or deeper feelings that may not have presented themselves yet. This is certainly not a place for judgment but gentleness.

I wonder if, ‘Practice feeling good, no matter’, is asking us to take on a set of beliefs to eliminate a whole spectrum of what these other feelings may be signaling to us. I wonder if in the quote, ‘you will not give anyone else responsibility for the way you feel’ in just feeling good,  is about forgetting that we can take responsibility for how we feel no matter what other emotions present themselves. If there is a charge on whatever we are speaking about or thinking, there is a trigger. It’s bringing up our issues.

And why does ‘feeling good’ need to be placed in an oppositional position to our other feelings? I feel good when an issue that use to anger me instead helps me to connect to my sadness which was really lying deeper within me. Could we not welcome all feelings as an integral part of ourselves instead of judging what is best? Can we learn not to suppress but accept?

In doing research for another book I’m writing in conjunction with my business partner and fellow ThetaHealing Instructor, Leila Kubegusa, called “Interconnective Communication,” I discovered that there have been studies suggesting that too much positive emotions and too little negative ones make people inflexible in the face of new challenges, and are also less creative. “There could be an imbalance which creates the inability to know how to act appropriately in situations that necessitate responsible action; and it is said that these people tend to overlook or negate warning signs in their environment. There is an implication that people who ‘are’ happy and feel happy a great deal, will not be able to cry if they feel sad, or would laugh when someone gets hurt.”

Even though several psychologists set forth these observations (again ‘authorities’ in the field), I ‘dropped’ into it myself in connection with Creator, and what I felt is that if happiness is real and not feigned to cover deeper issues, the response to life’s difficulties would still allow other feelings to be present and actions geared in response to them. I’m not against feeling happiness or joy in abundance. And I also accept that all emotions are worthy of acknowledgment, that we can have more than one feeling at a time,  that they are our navigational system, and we can use them wisely.  I’m simply for authenticity, realness, being genuine. And these are powerful virtues.

In Hick’s quote stating that the only reason we don’t love others is an excuse not to feel good…Wow! That can sure limit ways in which we can explore our own reasons and inner resources for not feeling love towards others and how to access those deeper memories, feelings and truths. For me, platitudes are only as true as what we have released to know our own truth. To feel the whole range of our feelings allows for our humanity and compassion to be fully present for ourselves and towards others.

I feel good when I’m being and acting through my authenticity! I love because it’s an innate part of being me as a spark of God. I love because I’m reminded through Creator to ‘see’ the God Spark in every person and situation, to clear until it’s ‘visible’ to me, thus forgive. It’s the same reason I may not love…I haven’t recognized that God spark because I haven’t gotten to the deeper issues into forgiveness (release). I love because I have felt or seen the highest truth about a person or situation, and/or have witnessed those truths or virtues in action.  I love because I’m human, I accept my humanity, and that is a blessing.

(And you are totally welcome to read this with the same understanding of discernment that I am sharing from which is to feel into it through Creator in what resonates as truth for you ;-)

In care and with love,

PS. September first is a new moon, solar eclipse day. When I just looked this up, I found this synchronicity in connection to what I wrote. "When the Sun squares Saturn, we are challenged to become our own 'authority', otherwise someone or something else will BE that 'authority' over us.  This ongoing Saturn in Sagittarius square to Neptune in Pisces is approaching its third and final square on September 10th.  The T-Square insures that we integrate the Truth of our beliefs into our everyday life. It helps us shed our fear-based beliefs that our society, our family, our religions and our educational system have controlled us with."

I extracted possible ‘theme’ beliefs from the story. Energy test yourself for them, practice clearing them through digging if applicable, and use Creator's teachings including the ones below if they fit.

     * I can distinguish the highest truth from disinformation through All That Is.
*It is impossible to know the highest Truth of a situation.
*I have to keep up a good feeling in the presence of authorities.
*Authorities know more what my feelings are than I do.

*Without outside approval, (or safety, attention, care, nurturing, love), I have difficulty  knowing what I need or feel.

*My feelings are disconnected from my body.
*The Truth only comes when I hear it outside myself.

*God is outside myself separate from me.
*I always use holistic perceptional skills (critical thinking) when listening to information outside of myself.

*It’s difficult to feel good and experience my other feelings simultaneously.
*It’s difficult to take responsibility for my own feelings.
*It’s difficult to welcome all my feelings as an integral part of myself instead of judging what feeling is ‘best’.
*It’s difficult to accept rather than suppress my feelings.
*I'm afraid to explore my feelings.
*I recognize the God Spark in each situation or person.

                                                                                         SUPPRESSED ENERGY UTILIZATION

Suppressed Scientific Evidence Proves Free Energy Source Dating Back 25,000 Years

Dr. Osmanagich has investigated pyramids all over the world, however his recent discovery of the Bosnian pyramids in Visoko, are nothing more than remarkable dating back over 25,000 years supporting the theory that the pyramids were used as an energy source. What may be more remarkable is how he has been attacked in the media, by scientists and researchers for his incredible find. The very first thing world powers do when their control systems are threatened (and they can’t eliminate the idea), is they create a misinformation system to make people believe that powerful new or ancient technologies are a hoax. It’s more than time to rewrite our history books

Suppressed Energy Technologies

The U.S. Patent Office has a nine-member committee that screens patents in order to protect “national security”.  A hidden purpose of this committee is to also find and remove from public access energy-related patents which could threaten the fossil fuel and power monopolies. In 1948 , such men as Dr.Wilhelm Reich got a “synchro” type of electrical spinnner motor to run from both an orgone energy accumulator and an orgone-charged high-vacuum tube. Reich died at the age of 60 after serving eight months of a two-year federal prison sentence. Reich had been falsely labeled a quack and a racketeer by the US Government and the corrupt American medical system.   .

Breatharianism: science examines people who claim not to eat & then the doctors suppress the information

Prahlad Jani is a local of Ahmedabad, India, who claims that at the age of 11, the Hindu goddess Amba appeared to him and told him that he would no longer have to eat food. He has apparently lived in a cave since the 1970s, and claims not to have eaten anything for most of his 81 years (as of 2012). He was tested in 2003 and in 2010 at Ahmedabad’s Sterling Hospital by Dr. Sudhir Shah and his large team of doctors. He was observed to not eat or drink for 10 days and then two weeks and he exhibited no deleterious effects from this abstention. This goes against everything we know about both human physiology and the nutritional requirements of the body. As one might expect, neither of these tests nor their results were published in medical journals.

Human body is projection of consciousness

The quantum world is waiting for us to make a decision so that it knows how to behave. That is why quantum physicists have such difficulties in dealing with, explaining, and defining the quantum world. We are truly, in every sense of the word, masters of creation because we decide what manifests out of the field of all-possibility and into form. The thing is, the quantum level of reality isn’t a local and insignificant aspect of creation. It is all around us, and it is the most fundamental level of creation aside from the unified field itself. The human energy field is interacting and influencing the quantum field all around us at all times and the energy of our beliefs and intentions are infused into our energy field because they are defined by the energy of our thoughts and emotions. Thus the fusion of our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and intentions, which can be called the human energy field, is perpetually informing the quantum reality within us and around us at each moment of our existence. Therefore each time we oscillate into formlessness, we have complete and total control and responsibility over what we choose with our attention to manifest out of the field in the next moment, and our power and ability to do so relies entirely through what we believe, and on how we are feeling.
